BIBLE READING:  Hebrews 10:19-39

There is a fine line between arrogance and confidence. Coaches flirt with that line all the time. To lead, people must know you are a confident person. Arrogance, however, can create problems, because your ego gets in the way of the good of the team or the people working for you . As long as you keep the good of others more important than your own, you will be confident and not arrogant. Hebrews 10:35 reads, “So do not throw away your confidence, because it has great reward.”

Application: Are you a confident leader?
